Classroom Activites and events We are working on counting, positions and locations and patterns in math. Watch for the Alpahabet homework. It will be coming home soon. Please make sure yourchild understands what he/she needs to do, then let them work alone for awhile. Make sure to check in and see how they are doing. Please have them draw the pictures with crayons , colored pencils or markers. You can label the picture with a word to help out. (or your student may wish to label themselves with a beginning and ending sound) Our Field Trips will be to Cider Hill Apple Farm on Wed. Oct. 8 and Thurs. Oct. 9th. We are allowed 2 chaperones per class. If you have indicated you would like to chaperone, your name will go in a basket and the children will pick two names randomly. We will notify you if you are picked. At that time, you can send in the $5.00 fee. This is a wonderful trip for the students. Let's hope for some nice weather! Open house will be on Tues. Sept. 23rd. The parents of the T/Th group will attend at 5:00 pm and the parents of the W/F group will attend at 6:00pm. Thank you, Mrs. Lordan |
