Monday, October 27. We are beginning chapter 2.2 pages 96 - 111 in the text book. All students should have a copy of the text book at home to use whenever they need to. I have a classroom copy for each students here at school.

THE SKILL OBJECTIVES OF THE UNIT ARE:

To write a fraction as a mixed number and a mixed number as a fraction

To find equivalent fractions

To write fractions in lowest terms

To compare and order fractions

To use benchmarks to estimate the values of other fractions
